During the calendar year 2021, DRG paid Fran Macferran, President of the Foundation $145,000 for services rendered to DRG. The agreement was terminated effective December 31, 2021. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Finance committee reviews and approves the audited financial statements, and the 990 is reviewed by management prior to providing a copy to the board and filing with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board members review and sign the conflict of interest policy annually. If a conflict exists with respect to a vote, the Board member excuses him(her)self from that vote.
