Includes food, lodging and normal health care for residents. Pt VI, Line 11b The tax forms are reviewed by a board member (Secretary or Treasurer/CFO) prior to filing. Once filed, the tax forms are presented to the entire board at the annual meeting. Pt VI, Line 12c Conflicts of interest are enforced by board oversight and addressed through written notification and board resolution, if needed. Pt VI, Line 15a Western Assemblies Home does not compensate any board members or the executive director. All board members serve as volunteers. Pt VI, Line 15b Western Assemblies Home reviews the budget annually. All salaried and hourly employees are paid in accordance with similar positions within the industry and within our local communities. Pt VI, Line 19 Western Assemblies Homes asks that any request to review documents be presented in writing. Copies of requested documents may be viewed at 350 Berkeley Avenue, Claremont, CA 91711, upon written request and scheduled appointment, due to health and safety protocols.
