Form 990 Part XII 2 a, b, c-Cont Every year we get the financial statements reviewed and audited by an independant accountant on a separate basis prior to filing 990 or after filing. Due to the COVID pandemic, delay has taken place because our organization Form 990 Part XII 2 a, b, c-Cont is run by volunteers some of whom are scientists and they were involved in COVID-19 research and activities.
