Gravel was brought in and smoothed, and crushed recycled concrete was laid in a one hundred foot square pad at the parking area of the actual summit. 10000 10000 0 At Baxter State Park surrounding Katahdin in Maine, the Foundation funded two local students as Fellows of the Freinds of Baxter State Park to conduct research in the Park near Katahdin. The Foundation has named a Qualified Person to act as the Manager. The Manager shall inspect the easement acreage annually and maintains communication with the ranch owner. The property owner has been provided the name, address, and contact information for the Manager.
