Other functions provided by Schrayer & Associates include administrative, operational and communications support. To determine whether its payments to Schrayer & Associates are reasonable and appropriate, the Campaign evaluates the rates charged for comparable management services provided by similar consulting firms to other non profit organizations of similar size, scope and purpose. Additionally, the Campaign examines the costs and impact of acquiring such services in-house, versus purchasing the services from an external firm.
