Many found their way to India where they have very limited legal protections and even fewer work opportunities. Many of the refugees are famers by trade but were required to stay in densely populated cities in India with no farming opportunities. Impact Nations opened a trade school where refugees were able to gain marketable skills such as sewing and culinary arts.
