It also has a special permission from the Govt of India to accept funds in foreign currency. FCRA permission by Reserve Bank of India JPF gets donations from friends and well wishers. They donate using Paypal, Facebook, employee matching programs and tax differed donation from their RMD. 2. The approval records are kept on the file of JPF on the google drive. 3 The recipient organization sends project proposals which are reviewed by the project committee and discussed with the officials before approval. 4 JPF allocates funds for these projects and disburses the funds. 5 The projects leaders in India send the project reports which are saved on the shared google folder. 6.The progress is monitored from time to time by JPF project committee. Part II Line 1 To support projects in Education to support educational expenses of poor students To support Women Empowerment by training, health care, self help groups, to give training to tobaccos workers to get alternate jobs. To support rural development by contributing for the water shade management, Money was given after diligently approving the projects and constant monitoring was performed. The organization gave project progress reports The details are given on Schedule O. A nonprofit charitable organization Jnana Prabodhini in Pune India is responsible to complete all the projects. Form 990, Part I, Section Header, Line C JPF is built upon a strong foundation of volunteers who give their time and expertise. Volunteers are motivated, dedicated and believe in the cause. Some volunteers are retirees and can give more time. Some volunteers have worked as social activist in India and in USA. Due to volunteer support, JPF does not have to pay for the resources and services. That keeps the overheads low and the saved money can be utilized for the real needy people. Jnana Prabodhini and JPF do the needs analysis and design the projects. JPF volunteers and executive committee members review the projects and approve the amount to allocate. Jnana Prabodhini Volunteers and project coordinators execute the project, provide reports on periodic basis. JPF volunteers constantly monitor and guide the process. They even arrange third party social visits to the areas and interview the end beneficiaries. Jnana Prabodhini Sends the completion report. JPF publishes reports for the donors.
