With the pandemic still front and center in the minds of Columbia residents, mowing and general maintenance were prioritized, along with high-priority repairs and maintenance to tot lots, pathways, and bridges in the open space. The pandemic increased open space usage encouraging more residents to take advantage of the CA open space inventory.
