In the event that these provisions are not enforced, the organization could be subject to challenge by state and federal agencies. Part II, Line 9: Thirty six conservation easements have been donated, transferred, or purchased by the Organization. Each of these easements is recorded as a Property held for Preservation, with a carrying value of $1 each. Any additional costs associated with receipt of the easements were expensed as incurred.
