I have periodic Zoom calls with the management of the organization to make sure our goals are aligned and the funds are being used for the right cause. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The form 990 is filled out and distributed to management members for review prior to filing with IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c An email is sent out every year confirming to make sure there is no conflict of interest with other organizations. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 the organization made its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public during the tax year on its website. We had filed our form 990 on April 12, 2022. However, we received a notification on June 6, 2022 that our form 990 was not accepted because it did not include Schedule O and Schedule A, as required by exempt organizations. The schedules were inadvertantly left out of our filing, and therefore we are now E-filing this return to make sure all the schedules are included.
