Part X, Line 2: The Foundation follows Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") guidance for how uncertain tax positions should be recognized, measured, disclosed and presented in the financial statements. Management evaluated the Foundation's tax position and concluded that the Foundation had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. The Foundation is no longer subject to examination by tax authorities for periods before 2018. The Foundation is not currently under audit by any tax jurisdiction. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Form 990 is reviewed by the full Board of Directors and the Signatory Officer prior to signing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The organization regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with the conflict of interest policy. Any board member having knowledge of any violation of this policy shall promptly report such violation to the Board Chairman or the Chief Executive Officer. Board members are required to review this policy and indicate compliance with this policy on an annual basis. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The organization determines compensation for all employees, including the Executive Director, using comparability data. Such process is contemporaneously documented and includes a review and approval by the Chief Executive Officer.
