These statistics use 990 returns as their primary data. These statistics were then used by the Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees when establishing and approving the compensation package. Form 990, Header, Line B Our original audit firm elected to no longer audit organizations of our size, so the completion of our audited financials was delayed, delaying the completion of the 990s reconciled with the financials. To file in a timely fashion, we submitted an unreconciled 990 form in 2020. This filing is an amended version, which is reconciled with the audited financial statements. The core form, schedules A, B, J, D, and O have been amended. Form 990, Part IV, Line 12a The 990s were reconciled with independent audited financial statements for the tax year. We had recently switched from a management structure with a CFO and Director of Finance to a Director of Finance and Independent Accountant.
