The collabration ncludes input from the District, the organization's leadership and the District's principals. Pt III, col (b) The organization scholarship committee is made up of board memebers and meets once a year to select scholarship receipients from Carroll ISD's graduating seniors and alumni applicants. Each applicant can receive a one time scholarship of $1000 to $2000 to the university of his/her choice. The applicants are reviewed based on merit, teacher recommemdnations, volunteer work and community member recommendations.
