Funds were provided for the operating expenses associated with that servicing unit. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 17: The Humane Society of Young County is dedicated to the welfare of all animals serving Graham, Olney and Young County. Funds were provided for the operating expenses of the organization. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 18: Graham High School is a public high school located in Graham, TX. Funds were provided to support the Smokin Steers BBQ Team and the Basketball Tournament held. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 19: Young County is home to the Young County Veterans Memorial. The memorial is located in front of the Young County Courthouse. There are currently 5,400 names listed on the Veteran memorial of people serving from World War I to the Vietnam war. The New Century Veterans Memorial will stand next to the current memorial to honor current Young County veterans and those that will fight for freedom in the future. Funds were provided to purchase bricks, engraving, and other miscellaneous expenses associated with the memorial. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 20: Virginias House is a family resource center that strives to help children and their families who suffer from all types of abuse, as well as help children in situations of risk. Funds were provided for the operating expenses of the organization.
