No permanent employee may be elected to the Leadership Council. Leadership Council members may be employed in temporary part-time positions as part of the leadership development experience. Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 Every February 1/3 of the Leadership Council is elected to 3 year terms. Any vacancies are also filled at that time or at a subsequent meeting during the year.
