Our mission is to promote well-being and media literacy by working with young people to be in control of their technology. Disclosure is required annually and is additionally required prior to action on relevant business transactions. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a The executive director's compensation is subject to the organization policies and procedures. The organization's compensation policy requires review of all compensation paid to directors, officers, and other persons in a position of authority. The Board reviews whether compensation arrangements are reasonable and fair, based on competent survey information, and the result of arm's length bargaining. The Board also reviews compensation packages upon extension or renewal of employment, unless all employees are subject to the same general modification of compensation.
