Schedule F, Part I, Line 2 Monthly reporting, including financial statements and photos, on ongoing operations of the homes is reviewed by the US Board of Directors. Updates include specific children's needs, housing needs and staffing updates. On site visit with US Executive Director and two board members took place in Fall 2024 with regular bi-annual site visits planned. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The financial secretary prepares the 990 and required schedules and sends to the Board Treasurer and all other directors for their review and approval prior to filing with the IRS. The Board Treasurer submits the 990 to the IRS Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Board reviews any activity which could possibly pose a conflict of interest prior to engaging in any such activity. In 2024, there was no such activity. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Compensation to the Bolivian Executive Director is reviewed annually by the board. Factors such as work scope, responsibilities, performance, comparable and peer compensation data are some of the factors included in the review. Compensation levels are approved annually. US Board provides input to the compensation for the North American Executive Director located in Canada. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Governing documents are made available upon request, provided as part of grant support with applications and provided to existing organizations financially supporting Ninos Con Valor, Inc.
