Personal - persons interested in the activities of the Association who are not affiliated with a healthcare facility or related industry. The members elect the trustees of the Board of Directors Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Form 990 and all schedules were made available to the board prior to filing the form. The President/CEO reviewed the Form 990 and all schedules with New Hampshire Hospital Association finance staff to ensure accuracy prior to filing.
