Hyattsville Aging in Place ran a successful food security program, including working with Meals on Wheels, delivering groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables and occasional hot meals and other treats. Volunteers delivered food at least twice a month to 35-40 households. 12800 13350 Hyattsville Aging in Place provided monthly online programming, begun during the pandemic and continuing, bringing experts and creative people from our area to explain their programs. The program included communications, social media, and follow-up YouTube programs. Average sameday audiences were 30-40, but often higher depending on the speaker. Hyattsville Aging in Place is not required to fill out a 990EZ as its revenues are less than $50,000. We filed a 990N - and had an accountant review this 990EZ and she found that we had not correctly filled out our 2022EZ and 2021EZ - We have amended those and have filed them and they were accepted by the IRS. We are now completing our 2023 990EZ.
