To this end, the staff created and published a toolkit for "local teams" which are city-based groups of concerned citizens. This resource provides support for those interested in encouraging local government to invest in roadway and other infrastructure changes to make bicycling safer and more accessible for more people. Advocacy staff held monthly forums and quarterly trainings drawing an average number of attendees to forums of 56.
