The employees are required to complete a web-based conflict of interest training prior to completing the form. Potential and actual conflicts are discussed between the employee's immediate supervisor and a representative from the Office of the General Counsel. A conflict of interest committee hears complaints and provides advice in cases where conflict can be resolved. Potential or actual conflicts that are identified by the Board of Trustees members are reviewed by the Board.
