The organization continues to disburse funds to women who need, for example, but are not limited to, shelter, utilities, nutrition, legal assistance, health care, transportation, and safety when they cannot find another way to meet these needs. The organization assists in the emergency needs of women and their families. The board of directors solicites funds from the general public via their website and annual report. A large contribution was received in the current year which required the filing of a full Form 990 and it is anticipated that another large contribution will be received in the next fiscal year to assist the organization in furthering their mission.
