INMED easily meeets the % for public support when countiang cash donations only. b) INMED has a 37 year history of successful programs to meet its mission of building pathjways for vulnerable children and famulies to achieve well-being and self-reliance. c) Despite the above, INMED has not been soliciting poublic funds since early 2023 and will not in the future. INMED ceased business operations as of June 8, 2023 and is currently just collecting reimbursements due to it in order to pay off related debt. RESTRICTED RESTRICTED RESTRICTED RESTRICTED RESTRICTED RESTRICTED RESTRICTED RESTRICTED Form 990, Part III, Line 3 INMED ceased business operations as of June 8, 2023 due to financial reasons caused by extended delays in receiving reimbursement funds from the IRS for the ERTC program as well as reimbursement funds from Loudoun County foir work completed for the ARPA and CDBG programs. All INMED programs were turned over to local and international nonprofit partners. Despite having ceased business operations and with no paid staff, INMED has not yet dissolved in order to receiove the remaining reimbursements due in order to pay back related debt. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 Board member Thad Jackson is related to INMED Board member/president Linda Pfeiffer (husband). Dr, Jackson became a board member several years earlier, voted in unanimously by the board of directors Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 and schedules are sent in advance of submission to the entire board of directors for review and comment. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18 INMED provided a copy of its 990 on its website until it ceased business operations in June 2023, no longer soliciting funds from the public, INMED's website also was shuit down. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Governing documents were made available upon request through Jubne 8, 2023, when INMED ceased business operations. After that time INMED no long had any staff to access and share these documents.
