Custodial Arrangements Custodial arrangements represent funds provided to the JCF Investment Program, LLC by both related beneficiary agencies of JCF and unrelated, non-beneficiary agencies to be invested. All activity including the funds invested, distributions, and the net investment earnings are allocated to these funds and are recorded as a liability. These funds are invested in the various pools offered by the organization based on instructions received from the investors pursuant to written agreements.
